Happy Black Friday, loves!

Hope you all enjoyed your holiday festivities with your loved ones and that you snag some great deals today.

I actually ended up sick yesterday with a stomach issues. So much for eating good food on the holiday that celebrates coming together and eating good food. LOL! But it’s all good. I’m feeling much better today and am excited to have some much needed time off. I’m actually writing this while I’m in the car with Gman (He’s driving, obviously…or maybe I’m just so great at multi-tasking and driving at the same time as I type this. YOU WILL NEVER KNOW haha) We are on our way to Lake Las Vegas to have a date day. We just dropped my car off at the auto shoppe so I could get all four of my tires replaced. That’s the closest to Black Friday shopping as I’ll get. LOL! Anyways, I’m excited to walk around by the water and talk with Gman about more wedding planning stuff. To be honest, we haven’t really talked too much about it since we booked the venue last month. The wedding is less than a year away, but I’m trying not to get too freaked out. I just want everything to be done and for nothing to go wrong LOL. But I have to remember that it’s all a process and maybe a few things will go wrong, but it will all work out in the end :)

Tonight, I wanted to share my experience at Violette’s Vegan Organic Cafe here in Las Vegas. It’s this cute restaurant on Durango and Desert Inn with delicious vegan food. The Vegas Lifestyle Influencer babes and I got to visit Violette’s in honor of World Vegan Month (I didn’t even realize that was a thing!) We were blown away by the amount of food that we got to try and how delicious it all was. We were served a variety of items. Actually, I was quite shocked at how some of the most well-known comfort foods were turned into healthy, appetizing and beautifully plated vegan dishes.

My favorite out of everything was THIS! It’s cauliflower deliciousness: Teriyaki Cauliflower Bites. It's an appetizer that was served with peanut sauce and celery sticks.

Now, when I first tried it, I wouldn't have thought that it would taste as good as it did. We were served this at the beginning of our meal and even trying a ton of dishes, this was hands down my absolute favorriteeee! I actually ate so much of this, that I could only try one bite of everything else. LOL!

I was so impressed by Violette's Vegan Organic Cafe/ I have always appreciated the vegan food lifestyle because it changed my life when I picked up doing Daniel Fasts back in 2011. Having a meal at Violette's really made me consider looking into adapting a vegan diet again. I may even bring Gman out to the restaurant just so he can try everything for himself. He is such a carnivore, but he was curious about the food when I came home gushing about how bomb.com everything tasted.
